Stay here and you'll never want to leave! This 6-acre oasis within the city of Conroe features a winding road leading back to the beautiful ranch-style 5-bedroom, 3-bath home, and a private pool in the fenced-in backyard. Whether you're here for a private getaway or a large family gathering, this place has everything you need: Wi-Fi, large-screen TVs, coffee makers, pool accessories, and more. But most of all, the quiet and peaceful surroundings will soothe your soul...
Ample room to spread out and a great gathering spot that feels like the country, but close to shopping and grocery stores.
The pool and outside grill are for our guests to enjoy. There is a garage apartment on the property that is not for guests’ use. Guests are free to roam the acreage and enjoy the scenery.
Your hosts live within 30 minutes of the property, and are generally available to attend to issues during your stay. The preferred method of contact is through the Airbnb app, but for emergencies, you can contact us through the phone number in the listing.
This property is at the back side of a subdivision, separated by trees along the sides of the property. It is secluded and quiet, and backs up to a wooded area.

PET POLICY: Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis and must be approved prior to your stay. There may be an additional security deposit required and/or a non-refundable pet fee added. Pets are not allowed upstairs in the carpeted area of the house. Please use the pet gate at the bottom of the stairs. If you bring a pet without approval, you will forfeit some or all of your deposit.
EVENTS: We love events and family gatherings. But we also love to respect our neighbors and keep our property in great shape for future guests, so we have a few rules:
1. This is NOT a party house. Loud music outside after 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on Friday and Saturday nights is not allowed.
2. When you book, we need to know how many people will be staying as overnight guests. We also need know approximately how many people will be attending any party/gathering during your stay, what kind of event you're having, and whether there will be any rented equipment (bounce house, etc.) brought onto the property (this is for liability purposes).
3. Based on your information, we may change the booking to a larger number of guests to account for additional cleaning and wear & tear on the property (call it an event fee if you will).
4. We may also require an additional security deposit payable prior to checking in (this can be done by cash or credit card). The amount will depend on the type of event and number of people attending, up to $1,000. This deposit will be returned after checkout and after we've had a chance to inspect and inventory the property, up to 3 days after checkout.
5. There is absolutely no smoking inside the house. If we smell cigarettes or weed inside, or find any ashes, you will lose some or all of your deposit. If you smoke outside, please clean up your butts, ashes, etc.
6. If anything is damaged inside or outside, please let us know and we will be reasonable with you. We understand things happen.
7. If any kind of incident happens requiring the police, fire, or ambulance to be called, please inform us IMMEDIATELY by calling the phone number in the listing. This applies day or night, no matter what time.
8. We want you to enjoy your stay. We also want to protect our property. Let's work together to make this a great experience for everyone. Thank you!
Extra beds/mattresses:
1. There are inflatable beds (along with bedding and pillows) in the following locations:
a. Bottom right cabinet of built-ins in living room
b. Closet at the base of the stairs
c. Closet next to the upstairs bathroom
2. There's a twin futon in the room at the base of the stairs with bedding in the closet
3. The upstairs futon folds down into a twin bed. Bedding is in the closet next to the upstairs bathroom. There's also a twin mattress pad in the upstairs closet to put on top
5. There is a cot-size mattress in the closet in the master bedroom.
The keys to the two back doors leading out to the pool are on nails toward the top of the door frames, out of reach of children. Please keep the doors locked and the keys placed there when not in use.
If you are bringing a pet(s), please close the safety gate at the bottom of the stairs. Pets are not allowed upstairs in the carpeted area.
Please place trash bags in the trash containers with green lids, which are on the back side of the fence along the driveway. Overflow trash can go in the smaller round grey trash can to the right of the garage outside.
*Please, NO GLITTER or SMOKING or VAPING inside house.
